Booking & reservations

Please make a reservation through our website's reservations page, or through a major online booking site of your choice.

All payments for your stay are to be made at the hotel upon arrival (advance payment). Please pay for your stay at check-in by credit card or in cash (Japanese yen). Credit cards from VISA, American Express, MasterCard JCB and UnionPay are accepted.

We are sorry. Reservations made through online travel agent (Booking.com, Agoda, Rakuten, etc.) can not be made reservations that way. If you contact us beforehand, we will take your request. However, depending on room availability, we may not be able to meet your requests.

Please ask the front desk. The front desk accepts requests to change your reservation.

You can possible to shorten the length of the stay by it. Please make a new reservation for your desired stay length, then cancel your existing reservation. More details please contact our hotels directly by the telephone.

We kindly ask you to make a reservation online before your arrival. We do not accept direct reservations on-site, but we can guide you on how to make a reservation.

For the maintenance of the rooms, the maximum continuous stay is 30 nights per room. If you wish to stay longer, we will arrange for a room change on the 31st night.

Please make individual reservations for up to 10 rooms through each booking site. For 11 rooms or more, please contact us via email.

To maintain room management, the maximum consecutive nights allowed for one room is 30 nights. For guests who continue to stay beyond 30 nights, we may ask you to move to another room on the 31st night. Please understand in advance. Additionally, if there is significant damage or intentional vandalism in the room, we may refuse further accommodation and may seek compensation for damages. Please refer to the accommodation agreement for details.

If you contact us via email, we will send you a consent form. Please print it out and have it signed by a guardian. Please bring it with you on the day of check-in.

We do not have extra beds.

Arrival

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Depending on room availability and cleaning status, we may be able to accommodate you earlier.

Yes we can. However we ask that you include the following information on the address label of the package. 1.Your name(the name at your reservation) 2.Your reservation number 3.Your check-in date Please send a package to our hotel's front desk, and specify a delivery day and time at your arrival date. However, our hotel will not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) shipments. We are not able to accept valuables or refrigerated or frozen goods.

There are several coin-operated parking lots available within a 1-2 minutes walk.
Departure

The checkout time is 11:00 AM. When checking out, please return the key to the box located at the concierge.

The checkout time can be extended until 12:00 PM for an additional fee of 3,000 yen. Please inform the concierge if you would like to extend your checkout time. If there is no prior notification of a checkout extension, the extension fee will be charged upon your departure. Please note that checking out after 12:00 PM will incur a full day's room charge. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Yes we can. However, after the check-out, the hotel will look after your luggage on the day of your check-out, during business hours only (9:00-22:00).

We offer free luggage storage after checkout. *Free only on the day of check-out (until 10:00 PM).

Please contact us using this website or use the messaging section of the hotel booking website where you made the reservation. If you reside within Japan, we will send it to you with cash on delivery. If you reside overseas, please arrange for a courier service on your own.
During your stay

The concierge desk is available 24 hours.

The entire building is equipped with free Wi-Fi. There is also a microwave, vending machines, and laundry (laundry detergent included) and drying machines available.

There are telephones on each floor. Simply pick up the phone and you will be connected to the concierge automatically.

We provide free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Please contact a concierge staff for the password.

Towels and toothbrushes are provided and exchanged daily.

Sheets are replaced on the 3rd day of your stay. For guests staying 2 nights or fewer, cleaning will not occur during the stay. If you wish for cleaning during this period, an additional fee of 2,800 yen (tax included) will be applied.

If you have any questions about operating the remote control or any other facility, please inquire with the concierge staff.

We apologize. We do not provide humidifiers or air purifiers.

Yes guestrooms on the 6th floor can receive local terrestrial broadcasts. For guests on other floors, please enjoy using streaming platforms like YouTube and Netflix.

All guestroom are equipped with Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Prime steaming enabled TVs. Please login with your own subscription account to utilize these service.

All rooms are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available on the 1st floor.

We do not provide pajamas at this time.

Yes, we do. They are available in the pantry corner on the 3rd floor.

Yes. We have a limited number of pillows available for borrowing.

Yes. We have a limited number of blankets available for borrowing.

Yes. We have a limited number of chargers available for borrowing.

We do not have a kitchen, but we provide knives, cutting boards, and basic tableware in the 3rd-floor pantry.

For security reasons, the main entrance of the hotel will be locked. Only guests who have checked in can enter using their key card.
Getting around

The nearest taxi stand is located directly under the Tsutenkaku Tower. It is a 2-minute walk from our facility.

There is a currency exchange machine inside a pharmacy that is a 2-minute walk away.
